Also known as sound healing or sound bathing, this practice requires nothing from me except to lie back, listen, and breathe. The experience was transformative. I didn’t just hear the vibrations—I felt them. Since we’re mostly made of water, we absorb vibrations easily—similar to how ultrasound works. But not all vibrations are beneficial. This is an inescapable fact of physics.
