Also known as sound healing or sound bathing, this practice requires nothing from me except to lie comfortably and breathe. The experience was profound—not only did I hear the vibrations but I felt them. Every cell in my body seemed to buzz, just like the deep bass at a concert that you don’t just hear—you feel.Everything in the universe vibrates, including every cell in our body. Sounds affect us as our bodies are mostly of water which absorbs vibrations easily, a good example is an ultrasound. But not all vibrations are beneficial. And we cannot control this; it is a fact based in physics. The mechanical hum of appliances, the constant buzz of screens—these invisible frequencies can negatively impact us, whether we realize it or not.Burned out from a high-stress industry where I felt disconnected from my true purpose, I longed to help others.
